Apia Rentals has a fleet of vehicles made up of jeeps and sedans. Many are air-conditioned and most come with the option of automatic or manual transmission.
Apia Rentals offers you the following inclusions in its rental plans:
-unlimited mileage
-insurance (with AUD645 excess)
-gst
-free pickup and dropoff at Apia hotels (with hotels outside town charged AUD40 and a separate charge for one-way rentals).
Apia Rentals also can arrange airport pickup and dropoff services for a fee while ferry transfers to Savaii will incur a charge of AUD90.
On arrival, the renter's driver's licence must be endorsed at the local police station, so a hotel car pickup may not only be less expensive, it may also be more convenient.
There is no minimum age or driving experience restriction on hirers with a valid international or overseas licence.
All fuel costs are at the renter's expense.
Vehicles offered by Apia include the 2 and 4-door Sidekick jeep; a 4-door manual sedan with air-conditioning and seating 5; a 4-door doublecab manual utility with air-conditioning and seating 5 and a manual 3-door van that can seat 15.
